We love our kids and we want them to grow up loving the Lord, so we provide a variety of different activities to help them grow in faith. Though we do not have a hired minister for children, parents and other members serve in this position with love and compassion. |

Wow, was V.B.S. a success or what! Here are our numbers... We had over 80 children attend this year, with 50-60 adults. I can't express how thankful I am to all who helped make that week wonderful. We had children in tears because they did NOT want to leave. How does that make you feel? The
kids enjoyed watching the story unfold as Fortune McGee realized it is more
important to be a pioneer of God than a pioneer of gold. They loved going to the
stable and making their western art project. They even had puppets to talk to
while working. Who doesn't like the grub shack! Thanks to our wonderful cooks!
They had games to play as well and journals they kept for each day. Every child
loved going up the dark and foggy mine shaft and meeting Cletus, the keeper of
the mines. Up there, they were visited by the Bible character of the day. We
sang and praised God together and had a wonderful time doing it. I KNOW God is
pleased... Thank you.
