• Involve members of the congregation in work of the committee.
• Accounting: Keep records of all financial matters.
• Insurance: Arrange for appropriate coverage.
• Budgeting: Serve as chairman of committee to prepare annual budget.
• Reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements.
• Count contributions.
• Post contribution figures.
